What is RDSS or Remote Assistance?
Remote Support Services is a component of Microsoft Windows that allows a user to access and take “remote control” of a computer using another device connected to the internet. Remote Software captures the mouse and keyboards inputs from the client’s computer and sends them to the remote computer. The remote computer then sends the display commands back to the client’s computer. The main use of RDSS is remote administration and remote implementation.
